(A) An applicant or licensee shall permit representatives of the Police Department, Fire Department, Building Department or other village or village designated departments or agencies to inspect the premises of the adult use for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the provisions of this chapter at any time it is occupied or open for business.
(B) A person who operates an adult use or his or her agent or employee violates this chapter if he or she refuses to permit the lawful inspection of the premises at any time it is occupied or open for business.
