§ 111.32 LIQUOR IN VEHICLES; MINORS.
   The presence in a vehicle other than a public vehicle of any alcoholic liquor shall be prima facie evidence that it is in the possession of and is being carried by all persons occupying the vehicle at the time of which the alcoholic liquor is found, except under the following circumstances:
   (A)   If the liquor is found on the person of one of the occupants therein; or
   (B)   If the vehicle contains at least one occupant over 21 years of age.
