§ 111.25 HOURS.
   (A)   No person shall sell or offer for sale at retail any liquor in the village between the hours of:
      (1)   1:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day; or
      (2)   On Sunday between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
   (B)   No person shall keep open for business or admit the public to any premises in or on which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours within which the sale of liquor is prohibited. In the case of restaurants, clubs and hotels, the establishments may be kept open during those hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold to or consumed by the public during those hours.
   (C)   Any deviation from the hours established in this section must be approved by a simple majority of the Village Board.
