§ 111.06 CLASSIFICATION; FEE.
   There shall be four classes of licenses that shall be referred to as:
   (A)   Class A: Retail licenses which shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises as well as other retail sales of liquor. The annual fee for the license shall be $800. There shall be a limit of three Class A licenses;
   (B)   Class B: Picnics licenses, which shall authorize the retail sale and consumption on the premises for civic, patriotic and fraternal organizations holding picnics, fairs and bazaars. However, the picnics shall not exceed three days and the opening and closing hours shall be the same as taverns. The license fee shall be $10 per day, not to exceed three days and nights. There is no limit on the number of Class B licenses which may be issued;
   (C)   Class C: Fraternal group licenses, which shall authorize the retail sale and consumption on the premises for civic, patriotic and fraternal organizations. The annual license fee shall be $300. There is no limit on the number of Class C licenses which may be issued;
   (D)   Class D: Liquor store licenses, which shall authorize the retail sale or consumption of alcoholic liquor in sealed packages, but not for consumption on the premises. The annual license fee for such a license shall be $500; and
   (E)   Class E: Restaurant licenses which shall authorize the retail sale or consumption of alcoholic liquor on the premises. The annual license fee shall be $500.
