§ 111.05 TERM; FEE SUBMITTED IN ADVANCE.
   (A)   Retail liquor licenses issued under this chapter shall be valid for 12-month periods upon the payment of the license fee as hereinafter set forth, unless sooner revoked or suspended. The 12-month periods shall be from November 1 of each year to October 31 of the next year. The license fee shall be payable in advance by the applicant for a license at the time the application for a license is submitted to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner as hereinbefore provided. In the event the license is denied, the license fee shall be returned to the applicant. The fees shall be deposited with the Village Treasurer who shall deposit the fees in the Village General Fund. The application for a license shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
   (B)   Licenses shall state thereon the names of the licensees and the address and description of the premises for which they are granted and the dates of their issuance and expiration.
