(A) Upon receipt of application for an auction, yard or garage sale permit, the investigation as shall be deemed necessary in regard thereto shall be made.
(B) If the Village Clerk is satisfied that the proposed sale is within the provisions of this subchapter, a permit shall be issued.
(C) The permit shall be non-transferable and displayed in a prominent place at the premises of the sale. If an application is rejected, it may be appealed to the Board of Trustees.
