§ 110.121 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct an auction, yard or garage sale without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Village Clerk. Applications for the permit shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall state the date, time and address of the proposed sale and the name of the person responsible for the sale activity.
