Two photographs of the applicant and such of its employees, to be provided upon approval of application, as will be used in the peddling or merchandising, taken within 60 days immediately prior to the filing of the application which pictures shall be two inches by two inches showing the head and shoulders of the applicant or his or her agents and/or employees in a clear and distinguishing manner.
