The applicant shall also deposit with the Village Clerk a cash deposit sufficient to cover the cost to the village as estimated by the Public Works Director, of trimming, moving, removing or replanting of trees or shrubs, and of moving, removing or displacing all poles, signs or other structures, supporting any wires, cables or other equipment belonging to the village or the cutting, displacing or changing the location of any wire, cable or other equipment upon the poles or structures belonging to the village.
