§ 95.095 LIABILITY OF PERSONS TO VILLAGE FOR DAMAGE.
   If any person violates any provision of this chapter and any person or property in consequence thereof is injured or damaged, the person so guilty of the violation shall be liable to the village in relation thereto, and no prosecution or other proceeding by the village of the person for any penalty imposed for a violation shall constitute a bar to action by the village for the damages.
