§ 95.001 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby established a department of the municipal government, which shall be known as the Street Department.
   (B)   It shall embrace the Street Committee, the Street Superintendent and the employees.
   (C)   The Village Engineer, if any, shall serve as ex-officio officer.
