§ 94.09 SALES; AMUSEMENTS FOR GAIN.
   Within the parks of this municipality, no person shall, without first having obtained a permit from the village:
   (A)   Sell or offer for sale any goods or services; or
   (B)   Conduct any amusement for gain or for which a charge is made.
