§ 93.27 FORECLOSURE OF LIEN.
A lien under this section may be enforced by proceedings to foreclose as in the case of mortgages, mechanic’s liens, or other statutory liens. An action to foreclose a lien under this section may be brought by the village within two years after the date of filing the notice of lien. A failure to file a foreclosure action does not, in any way, affect the validity of the lien against the underlying parcel.
