§ 93.22 NOTICE.
   (A)   The Police Department or any other person so designated by the Mayor or Village Board may issue a written notice for removal of weeds or grass from any location within the village.
   (B)   The notice shall direct that the weeds and/or grass shall be cut by the owner or occupant within ten days after the notice has been duly served.
