§ 71.071 PARKING FOR SALE OR REPAIR.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any street for the purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying the vehicle for sale; or
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except when emergency repairs are necessary.
