The ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 12-100, entitled, "Equipment of Vehicles," as passed, approved and amended by the Illinois General Assembly is hereby adopted by the village and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village, except for the following omissions: the last sentence of § 12-205, beginning with "the" and ending with "act," §§ 12-605, 12-605.1.
