§ 71.037 DUTY TO REPORT ACCIDENT.

(A) The driver of a vehicle which is in any manner involved in an accident within the village shall, without unnecessary delay, notify the Police Department and shall make a report of that action.

(B) Failure to report an accident within the village within 24 hours shall result in arrests of the person or persons involved.
