§ 51.29 ANNUAL INSPECTION.
   (A)   The device shall be inspected annually and the inspection shall include physical testing in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
   (B)   Customers shall notify the Water Department by mail no later than ten days after the inspection.
   (C)   The notification shall include the date of the inspection, the firm that conducted the inspection, along with their license number, and the inspector's cross-connection control certification identification number.
   (D)   The results and recommendations of the inspection shall also be included in the notification.
   (E)   The customer who possesses the device shall maintain detailed records for examination by the Director of Public Works or his or her authorized agent.
   (F)   Included in those records will be the manufacturer's instructions, and records regarding installation, inspection, testing, repairs and alteration.
   (G)   Failure to conduct inspections, or notify the Water Department of the inspections shall be deemed as negligent on the customer's part and disconnection of the customer's service will take place on the Director of Public Work's order.
