§ 51.05 VILLAGE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE DONE BY INTERRUPTION.
   All connections for the water services applied for hereunder, and all connections now attached to the present waterworks system of the village, and all use or service of the system shall be upon the express condition that the village will not be liable for, nor shall any claim be made against it for damages or injury caused by reason of the breaking of any main, service pipe, apparatus or appurtenance connected with the waterworks system or for any interruption of the supply of water by reason of the breaking of machinery or by reason of stoppages, alterations or renewals.
