§ 51.02 ALL SERVICE TO BE BY METER.
   (A)   All water service, whether for domestic, commercial or industrial use shall be metered.
   (B)   There shall be a separate meter for each individual(s) and/or family residing together in multiple-family dwellings.
   (C)   Only the Mayor and Board of Trustees by majority vote may grant a variance, in writing, to this requirement.
