There is hereby created a Fire Department to be known as the South Pekin Volunteer Fire Department. The Fire Department shall consist of a Fire Chief, an Assistant Fire Chief, firefighters, drivers, truckmen and a president and secretary-treasurer, and such other persons or employees as the President and Board of Trustees may from time to time by motion or resolution provide.
