(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 51.02 shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $100 for each offense and each 24-hour period during which said violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
