§ 50.02  LOCATION OF SEWER AND WATER EXTENSIONS.
   The point of termination of all extensions of sewer and water within the limits of the village shall be at a point perpendicular to any improvements to be served by said extensions, constructed or to be constructed on the lot or premises closest to the end of the sewer or water main as extended.
