§ 32.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any firefighter in attendance at a fire who shall neglect or refuses to obey the orders of the officer in command of such fires, shall upon conviction be fined $500.
      (2)   Whoever shall use any fire engine, hose cart, or any other apparatus belonging to said village, for any private purpose, other than the extinguishment of fires, or whoever shall remove the same, or any part thereof, from its place of keeping, or having the control thereof, shall permit such engine, hose cart, or other apparatus to be used for any private purposes other than aforesaid, shall upon conviction be fined not more than $500.
