Henceforth, there shall be paid to the village the sum of $500 for each fire call made by the Village Fire Department outside of the municipal limits, the same to be paid by those persons requesting or accepting such fire call service and the Village Clerk and Fire Department officers may adopt such rules and regulations with regard to securing payment of the foregoing charge as they may deem reasonable and proper under the circumstances and may require that proof of insurance affording coverage for such fire call service be filed with the Village Clerk as a prerequisite for furnishing such fire call service.
