§ 31.02  MORGAN MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL NATURAL HAZARDS MITIGATION PLAN ADOPTED.
   (A)   The corporate authorities of the village adopt the Morgan Multi-Jurisdictional Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan as the official Hazard Mitigation Plan of the village.
   (B)   The corporate authorities of the village agree to participate in the annual and five-year updates to the Plan.
