(A) No person shall drive any truck or other motor vehicle having a gross weight in pounds, including the vehicle and load, in excess of 14,000 pounds on any residential street in the village, except streets designated as through state highways, unless required to do so to make local deliveries or pick ups and then only by the most direct route.
(B) Any operator of a vehicle who violates the provisions of this schedule shall be fined an amount not to exceed $750 for each violation.
