(A) All motor vehicles approaching South Main Street on East and West Vandalia Roads shall proceed to either turn left or right on South Main Street or proceed across South Main Street by using only those lanes reserved for such traffic movement as indicated by appropriate signs painted on the surface of the roadway or erected adjacent thereto.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this schedule shall be fined $50 for each offense.
