The Tourist and Convention Committee shall meet at least monthly in regular session at the City Building and may hold any other meetings as are necessary to transact its business. Special meetings may be called by the Chairperson or by the written call of any two Committee members. A majority of the membership shall constitute a quorum for transacting business; but a majority vote, in person, of the entire membership shall be required to take any official action or to approve any contract.
