§ 32.27 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   Generally. The Vacant Property Review Commission membership is as follows.
   (B)   Specifically.
      (1)   The Commission shall consist of three members appointed by the Mayor for terms of four years. The members shall be citizens of the city.
      (2)   Vacancies shall be filled by the Mayor for the unexpired portion of the term.
      (3)   Each member shall be at least 21 years of age. No officer or employee of the city whose duties include enforcement of city housing, building, plumbing, fire, or related codes shall be appointed to the Commission.
      (4)   A member of the Commission may be removed by the Mayor for cause, after a hearing by the Mayor, and after having been given reasonable notice of charges and/or complaints.
      (5)   The Mayor shall designate one of the members of the Commission to be Chairperson and one to be Vice-Chairperson. The Commission shall submit an annual report of its activities to the Mayor.
      (6)   Members shall serve without compensation.
