§ 72.13 STANDING OF TRUCKS AND CERTAIN OTHER MOTOR VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any persons to park an oversize vehicle on any residential street, or public right-of-way, including but not limited to alleys, for longer than one hour, except when loading or unloading. City-owned vehicles or vehicles owned by other governmental entities or public utilities, or vehicles owned by contractors of said governments or public utilities are exempted from this provision while they are providing public maintenance in the designated area.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for anyone to park a bus or van, including school buses and school vans, that has a seating capacity of more than 12 passengers or that was originally designed for more than 12 passengers, in any residential zone, area, or street on the public right-of-way for longer than one hour.
