(A) The Police Department Rules and Regulations Manual was hereby amended in that §§ 14.42, 14.43, and 14.44 are deleted and eliminated in their entirety.
(B) Any police officer who is guilty of violating any Police Department rules and regulations, and has been so found, shall be subject to action as set forth in the City Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.
(C) A copy of the Police Department Rules and Regulations and of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual are available for inspection during regular business hours in the office of the city, 122 Electric Avenue, Southgate, Kentucky.
