§ 32.01 CREATION.

   (A)   There is hereby created the City Police Department.

   (B)   The following positions are established within the City Police Department:

      (1)   Chief of Police;

      (2)   Police Lieutenant;

      (3)   Police Sergeant;

      (4)   Police Specialist;

      (5)   Police Detective; and

      (6)   Police Officer (Patrol Officer).
