COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY

CITY OF SOUTHGATE

CAMPBELL, KENTUCKY

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SOUTHGATE, KENTUCKY.

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, OH has completed the 2019 S-5 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Southgate, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this municipality; and

   WHEREAS, it is the intent of Council to accept these updated sections.

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SOUTHGATE OF THE COUNTY OF CAMPBELL, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1

That the 2019 S-5 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Southgate, Kentucky, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached hereto, is adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.

   Section 2

That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its date of passage, approval, and publication as required by law.
