§ 116.10 HOURS OF SOLICITATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any peddler, solicitor, or itinerant merchant to solicit, or peddle on a door-to- door type basis in the corporate limits of the city on any day other than between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., local time, or until dusk, whichever is earlier.
