§ 31.44 NONPARTISAN ELECTIONS.
   (A)   The election of city officers for the city shall conform to all state statutes that relate to nonpartisan elections.
   (B)   The city hereby foregoes the conduct of a nonpartisan primary election for the nomination of candidates to city elective office pursuant to KRS 83A.045(2)(b).
