§ 31.19 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The business and proceedings of the City Council at each called meeting shall be conducted as nearly as practicable according to the following order: salute to the flag; roll call; approval of the minutes of the previous meeting; reports of the city officers; reports of the committees; introduction and reading of ordinances and resolutions; miscellaneous business; reading of communications; presentation and reading of bills; and adjournment.
