§ 31.02 COMPENSATION OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS AND MAYOR.
   The compensation for the Mayor and City Council shall be increased annually on March 1 of each and every year commencing 3-1-1990. The increase shall be the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index as set forth by the state pursuant to KRS 83A.075.
