The zoning ordinance and regulations, including text and map, as approved and recommended by the County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission by its resolution of 12-20-1984, which zoning regulations, including text and map, are available for inspection at the City Building at 122 Electric Avenue, Southgate, Kentucky, during normal business hours, shall be, and the same hereby are, adopted as and for the official zoning ordinance and regulations, including text and map, for the city.
