§ 152.01 SCOPE.

No structure and/or premises shall hereafter be constructed, altered, repaired, or removed, nor shall the equipment of any structure and/or premises be constructed, installed, altered, repaired, or removed, within the city, except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
