§ 151.01 DESIGNATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR.
   The city hereby appoints the Floodplain Administrator of Campbell County to administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter by granting or denying development permits in the Special Flood Hazard Zones.
