(A) The city hereby adopts the updated statement of goals and objectives which is attached to Ord. 91-12 and made a part hereof by reference.
(B) A copy of the statement of goals and objectives is hereby made a part of the permanent records of the city and is on file in the City Clerk’s office.
(C) This section shall become effective and be in force from and after its passage and publication according to law.
