§ 130.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC PLACE. Any restaurant, lunch stand, place of amusement, and any and all places wherein the public may gather or congregate.
