§ 115.06 NONTRANSFERABILITY.

The license stamp shall not be transferable from one coin-operated machine to another, but shall remain with the coin-operated machine for which it was originally issued. If the licensed coin-operated machine is sold or transferred, the City Clerk shall be notified so that he or she may affect the proper records.
