§ 115.04 PROSECUTION.

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to legalize the operation of any coin-operated machine otherwise unlawful, and neither payment of the fee or the affixing of a license stamp on an illegal coin-operated machine shall be a bar to prosecution for the illegal possession or operation of any illegal coin-operated machine.
