§ 111.08 NONREFUNDABILITY.

If any license is revoked for reason of neglect or failure of the licensee to observe and perform all rules imposed upon him or her, for personal conduct, or for the manner of conducting his or her place business, the licensee shall not be entitled to any proportionate refund of the license fee.
