This chapter shall be known and may be referred to as the “Alcoholic Beverage Control Code.” So much of KRS Ch. 241, 242, 243, and 244 and all acts in amendment relating to the manufacture, sale, transportation, possession, and control of alcoholic beverages applicable to cities of the fourth class are adopted as a part of this chapter. The definitions set forth in KRS 241.010 are adopted as the meanings of the words used herein unless otherwise indicated.
