(A)
The violation of any provision of this chapter is a civil offense and shall be enforced pursuant to Chapter 32 of this code.
(B) The city may also cause a lien to be filed against any property found to be in violation of this chapter to recover all costs, expenses, and attorney fees incurred by the city.
(C) Nothing contained in this chapter shall prohibit the city from taking immediate action to remedy a violation of its ordinances when there is reason to believe that the existence of the violation presents imminent danger, a serious threat to the public health, safety, and welfare, or if in the absence of immediate action, the effects of the violation will be irreparable or irreversible.
