§ 96.01 UNIFORM RESIDENTIAL, LANDLORD, AND TENANT ACT ADOPTED.

   (A)   The city hereby adopts the Uniform Residential, Landlord, and Tenant Act, as set forth in KRS 383.505 through 383.705, in its entirety.

   (B)   A copy of the Uniform Residential, Landlord, and Tenant Act shall be made available by the city to anyone so requesting same at the city office during normal business hours.
