§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who obstructs a public way in violation of §§ 93.16 and 93.17 shall be guilty of a criminal violation and shall be fined $125.
   (B)   The violation of any section contained in this chapter for which a penalty is not specifically provided is a civil offense and shall be enforced pursuant to Chapter 32 of this code. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined in an amount of not more than $500. All fines collected for violations of this chapter shall go to the Street Fund.
